System Logic

Our intelligent control system adopts a layered distributed architecture specifically developed for solar tracking structures. It enables collaborative End-Edge-Cloud remote intelligent monitoring and precise control. The system uses the NCU Intelligent Communication Box as the core gateway and TCU Intelligent Tracking Controllers as on-site execution terminals. A stable and efficient field network is established through Zigbee wireless self-organizing mesh networking.

Cloud & Remote Management Layer The NCU uploads real-time operational data to the cloud platform, allowing users to perform remote monitoring, parameter adjustment, and fault diagnosis via mobile APP or web interface. It also seamlessly integrates with SCADA systems, fully meeting the centralized operation and maintenance requirements of large-scale power plants.

This system features reliable communication, flexible deployment, strong scalability, and convenient operation & maintenance. It significantly improves power generation efficiency and intelligent management of photovoltaic power stations, making it suitable for large ground-mounted plants, distributed PV projects, and installations in complex terrains.
